Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds (or 2 tablespoons almond butter)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave (optional for sweetness)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Soak the raw almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight, then drain and rinse. (Skip this step if using almond butter.)
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
