2 large cucumbers (about 500 g), sliced thin
1 red onion (100 g), thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes (150 g), halved
2 tbsp fresh dill (10 g), chopped
1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
